AYT K M AYP CEY ANTΩNEINOC Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla to left, holding spear and shield decorated with small figure of Nike holding wreath and palm. Rev. OYΛΠIAC CEPΔIKHC Bonus Eventus standing left, holding phiale in right hand and branch in left. Ruzicka 176. Very rare with this bust type. Nearly very fine.

This issue with its belligerent bust type is certainly connected to Caracalla's visit to Thrace in 214 on his way east to his Parthian campaign.
